Warranty & Returns Policy
At Save Your Tails, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to be as happy with our products as we are making them. To ensure a fair experience for all anglers and customers, we have established the following policies for our two product categories.

1. Fishing Tackle: 30-Day Defective Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our Tackle Tubes. If a product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship, it is covered under our limited warranty. 
  • Warranty Period: Claims must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Coverage: This warranty covers manufacturing defects that cause the product to fail during normal use. It does not cover "normal wear and tear," accidental damage, or misuse.
  • Resolution: Defective items will be replaced with the same or an equivalent product.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the defective item to us for inspection and replacement unless SYT states otherwise. 

2. Branded Clothing: Custom Print-on-Demand Policy
Our apparel is custom-printed specifically for you when you order it. Because these items are not pulled from a pre-printed stock, we have a restricted return policy for clothing. 
  • No Size Returns: We are unable to offer returns or exchanges for sizing corrections. Please consult the size charts and product details provided on the product pages carefully before purchasing.
  • Printing Errors: We will replace apparel if there is a clear error in the printing process (e.g., misalignment, incorrect design, or ink defects).
3. How to Start a Claim
For all warranty inquiries or return requests, please follow these steps:
  1. Email Us: Direct all correspondence to info@saveyourtails.com.
  2. Include Details: Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and (for clothing or visible tackle defects) clear photographs of the product.
  3. Wait for Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the shipping address if a return is approved. 
All warranty claims will be reviewed carfully and with consideration. SYT will make final determinations as needed. Thank you.
