Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within a specific timeframe based on the product type. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or  Holidays. 
  • In-Stock Items (Fishing Tackle): Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days.
  • Print-on-Demand Items (Branded Clothing): These products are custom-printed after your order is placed. The processing time is typically 3-4 business days. 
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Shipping Method & Delivery Estimates
We offer USPS Ground Advantage for all orders. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

Save Your Tails ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories addresses. 
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped if you have provided an e-mail or phone number. 

Damages, Lost Packages, and Returns
  • Damaged or Lost Packages: Save Your Tails is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) to file a claim. Please also notify us at info@saveyourtails.com
